Candle Refill - Melt and Pour Candle

How to Refill Your Candle:

1. Prepare Your Candle Holder: Ensure your candle holder is clean and ready for use.

2. Set Up the Wick: Retrieve the cotton wick and wooden wick holder from the kit. Straighten the wick for optimal performance.

3. Melt the Wax (Microwave Method):

   • Remove the lid from the wax container. Place the lid flat-side down in the microwave, then position the wax pot on top of the lid.
   • Heat the wax in 30-second intervals, 3 times max 
   • Take out the pot and stir with the wooden wick holder after each 30sec melt. On the last 30 sec melt, if there's still some solid wax left, keep stirring as the melted wax should melt the remaining wax. If the melted wax is still a little cloudy, put in the microwave for an additional 10 secs only
   • Avoid overheating to preserve the scent and quality. 

4. Alternative Melting Method (No Microwave):

   • Press the bottom of the wax pot to release the wax block.
   • Place the wax in a heatproof bowl over a shallow pan of simmering water (ensuring the water doesn't touch the bowl's base) 
   • Heat gently for about five minutes, then turn off the heat. Stir until the wax is completely melted.
   • Pour the melted wax back into its original container, then proceed to pour it into your candle holder.

5. Secure the Wick:

   • Using the wick stickum, secure the wick in the centre of your clean 1 of Seven Candle jar 
   • 
     

6. Pour the Wax:

   • Place the wooden wick holder across the top of your candle holder, threading the wick through to keep it centred.
   • Carefully pour the melted wax into the holder.
   • Allow the candle to remain undisturbed until the wax hardens to ensure a smooth surface.

7. Final Touches:

   • Once fully solidified, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch.
   • For best results, let the candle cure for 24 hours before lighting.

By following these steps, you'll rejuvenate your space with the warm glow and delightful aroma of your freshly refilled candle.
