SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • As all orders are hand poured, we process al orders within 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 3 PM BST on Fridays, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders 
  • Freight: ROYAL MAIL Standard Shipping 
  • Delivery Estimates: 3 to 5 working days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors like busy seasons, weather or carrier delays.

International Shipping:

  • We are so sorry but we currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.  We will update via our website if this changes in the future

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

  • We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@1ofseven.com.  Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at contact@1ofseven.com.  Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@1ofseven.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
